it's a ploy to draw attention. Same as walking with a swagger, putting hat on sideways, wearing pants 12 sizes too big...and so on and so on....usually done by guys that need to convince people how GREAT they are because with out them pointing it out to everybody they would go through life unnoticed because they really have little else to offer through their own ignorance....just one guy's opinion though...lol

It's a mass conspiracy. They're all working together in hopes that if they keep repeating the behavior women will someday take it up as well...and we all know how much guys like to watch women touch themselves in any way...

Most don't care if you notice. My husband says it's adjusting. He tries not to let people see, but says if he's uncomfortable he'll do it even if people will see.

I have always wondered that myself. I know a guy who does that a lot and sometimes I get so annoyed I want to say something, I never do though. That could be akward.
