singapore is probably the cleanest city.
If you go on the subway there, it's like entering a 5 star hotel . . .not a speck of dirt or a single gum wrapper.

The city of Singapore. They have very strict laws governing cleanliness and public behaviour, and heavy fines and punishment for infraction of these laws. You can get fined $1000 or more for just tossing a cigarette butt in the street.
