I know you said no make up, but try Mineral Powder Foundation, its really good at covering spots, birth marks, blemish's etc, and the best thing about it, you don't feel like you have any make up on.
Go to the following website who have loads of colours for you to choose, you can buy little sample pots for £1.75 and even they last a while. You may find a colour which you could just use over your blemish and not the whole of your face.
Check it out:

Its worth a visit.

Your season appears to be like an 'autumn' like me. I have redish/darkish brown hair and brown eyes with dwindled epidermis and a redish/pinkish undertone. makeup smart: a strong beginning is standard if youre attempting to conceal the undertone. Blushes.. i'd imagine you'd be maximum proper in peaches and intensely very very smooth pinks (would deliver out more beneficial of the dwindled seem you desire) I dont imagine you should apply any sorts of bronzers.. they'd be too a lot for you and make you looked washed out (they do for me in any case) outfits smart: imagine autumn colorings. darkish oranges, powerful chocolate browns, reds, vegetables.. something you would see in autumn/fall.

There's a product that is generally called "green veil" that evens out reddish skin beautifully. Estee Lauder is one company who produces one. It works better than anything else I have tried.

You can get a lilac coloured cream that helps tone the colour down, I'm sorry I can't remember what its called now, I'm sure an internet search will reveal it for you. Good luck

You'll probably have to use some sort of makeup...with yellow undertones. You can use a light one though.....they protect your skin so don't worry about wearing it.
Also...use a toner without alcohol...it will soothe irritated skin.
