The education system that is followed is 10+2+3 or 4 as the case may be.This means ten years of schooling, two years of preuniversity, three or four years of college education as the case maybe. To make things clear to you according to your standards of education to get admission to medical science you should have done your GCSE + A levels (both +1 & +2).Yes you would have to give an entrance exam for the same.As regards good colleges well , all india medical institute delhi , christian medical college vellore, and armed forces medical college pune, are some of the best colleges. As regards the fee structure for the same it is better you find from the respective college websites.
