I drive a 94 Mercury Topaz and recently began having problems with it. It has a really bad vibration all the time. You can even feel it in the steering wheel. It is also giving me problems when I try to accelerate. If anyone knows anything about this type of car and this problem please help.

no problem just check your tyre disk, and aligne it

I wish I had more information to go on but it sounds like the engine has a miss fire which is usually a bad spark plug or wire.
it could also be a bad fuel injector or coil. There are a lot of other possibilities to numerous to list.

simple fix: check your fuel filter
medium fix: check you engine mounts
expensive fix oil low (leakage)
prob a warped head because of a leaky head gasket
Get a new car if its leaking oil it will prob not last long
