Thanks for the answers. I know I have to leave. It's so hard for me to be in the same house with little bits of "normal" conversation and big blow ups that end with him crying. He has always been very controling about everything. My first response was that mother ..., then I thought I should stick it out and maybe save some $ up. We have had one calm sit down about spliting. Who gets what, when. He wants me to stay so we can settle selling the house, bankruptcy that we had to file as he was setting up to leave me (his daughter is coaching him on how to screw me by making me pay the BK - all business related by the way. Now my credit is screwed up and his is great except for the BK and he has a credit card. He uses the one checking I deposit my disability check into and then deposits all business checking in his Biz account that I am not on. Big mess. I think I will start to pack today.

Wise decision.

Good luck.

Just remember, this will never happen to you again.

Ive been where you are,its seems to me that his daughter has to much influence with him over your marriage, and as far as the money goes hes in it for himself. With your disability I doubt that you'd be held accountable for that, you cant get blood from a turnip no matter how hard you squeeze(pardon the expression)My advise to you is get out now,it will only get worse, especially in the money department.Hes allready screwing you in money matters.

Call al lawyer sweetheart. He can get all your money back if he has taken any of it. Seriously, I dont think you can do this by yourself. Kick his a$$! If that doesnt work just kick him in the balls. He will fall!
