Do I have any legal ways to get out of a lease when my roommates are doing drugs and are having violent fights, which makes me feel threatened?

Call the police next time something violent takes place.

I would definitely contact your landlord and see if you can give a 30-day notice and move out.

Yes... it's called calling the police......

Let your landlord know what's going on....you may be in a position to help choose the new group of your roommates.

Yes just go to your landlord, tell him that you can no longer live with them. You don't have to disclose any type of details of why, just say that you have become enemies. they will be responsible for the lease agreement.

Call the police everytime anything happens so that you have documentation. Notify your landlord everytime also. Aren't the neighbors disturbed? Ask.

Well you could call the law and take it to court or you can sit down and talk to your roommates about it.....GOOD LUCK.....

The first step of the process is to call the police, because if you don't have police reports then you can't prove that this illegal stuff is happening.
