I love to watch them blow up the balloons the night before, also I just enjoy the pure excitement of everything that has to do with Thanksgiving.

i also love the whole parade show i have never ever got to see it in person in ny but ilove to sit in front of my t.v. i have done this since i was well i do not remember and a lot of the time the parade falls on my birthday i was born on thanksgiving so i guess that is the best way to celebrate the holiday and my birthday so happy happy parade and i love the snoopy ballon the best so yeah macy thanksgiving prarade rocks

Yes, I enjoy it. I wish they would ad something a little extra, however. Why not take a page from the Spanish town of Pamplona, but instead of the running of the bulls, they could have the running of the turkeys! They could turn loose thousands of these poor creatures, destined for the dinner table, and give them the opportunity to escape. People in the crowd could try their hand at capturing one of the birds, as they chased them down Fifth Avenue. Millions of folks would tune in to observe the festivities. They could ad to the excitement by attaching a gift certificate for a $1,000 shopping spree at Macy's, to the leg of one of the turkeys, before releasing the flock. The person grabbing the fowl could then be interviewed by whatever mindless talking head the network selected to fill the airwaves with more senseless, irrelevant drivel, than even John Madden can spew in an afternoon.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday and I think a lot of that is because I watch the parade EVERY YEAR!! It is just a very comforting thing to do. It always brings back such happy memories of watching it when I was little. My favorite part is the huge balloons at the end.

I love the American thanksgiving alot better than our Canadian Thanksgiving.So yes I do too love the Macy's Parade.

I do too! Reminds me of when I was a kid. We'd watch the parade as we got ready to go to our grandparent's house for Thanksgiving dinner. And it reminds me that Christmas is coming - and I LOVE the whole season!!!

I don't think I have missed but a handful of the coverage over the past 48 years. I am looking forward to see it all again. It is part of my Thanksgiving celebration; part of our family tradition.

I really enjoy it more as an adult than I did as a child. My kids don't like it for very long, they just don't get the tradition of it all, I guess. I hope they learn to enjoy it all.

I enjoy it every year. I'm up early enough to have a nice breakfast made so it can be eaten in front of the television.
