I think neither one. I believe it should just be left as a Monument. This is the 2nd time something bad happend to the towers. we do not need a 3rd nor 4 time for something of that kind to happen again

I like Patrice O'neal's idea. He said that he would build it as high as the money he had would allow him to. Then he would use something like cardboard to get it up to 100 stories high. Then he would use lights to make it look like a giant middle finger at the top and it would just flash in and out to make it look like we were repeatedly flipping off Osama bin Laden.
