take at least someone to DHS with you, a relative of the child(grandma or papa) and let them do a swab test, good luck!!!

Call the maury povich show.......They do dna testing on people all the time, Ive seen many of people find out their babys dads even if the dad is deceased. That should give you enough proof to be able to collect social security for your baby.

You can not get child support from a dead person. You may be able to get social security benefits if you can prove he fathered your child. Call your local social security office.

You may have to resort to a DNA test, if there is any way you can. Maybe if he left a toothbrush or something of that sort with you. Talk to a realitive of his that you are close to, there may be medical records that will have his blood type or some sort of resource to help you with a paternity test.

If baby has a different last name then you screwed yourself, otherwise you would have been able to collect Social Security.
