Crime happens in areas where the market value of homes is low. Level of Education is low the household income is low and the head of the household is usually uneducated.So it's survival of the fittest

first of all, not all hispanic looking people are Mexican....second.....i don't think it is a choice they made.....lack of education equals poverty equals crime so.......unfortunately.....a large group of uneducated people will be in crime ridden areas....
