When I work in the sun all day I wear sunscreen (Copertone Sport 45 spf). I apply it minutes before going into the sun and reapply every 2 hours.

As a redhead living in Florida, sunscreen is a regular part of my daily skin-care routine. I make sure its in all my skin-care products so that I don't have to purchase separate sun block. I have allergies to certain ingredients. Besides, anything over SPF 15 is redundant.

Yes, I wear an SPF 30-35 every day of the year. If I'm mostly indoors, I might just top up once or twice. If I'm out and about, I will top up every two hours. HTH.
