if those are my only 2 choices I'll pick Country. It's not a contenent . If you mean "continent" then yes, it's that too.

Australia is a country, but it is also considered geographically to be a "continental land mass," along with Oceania. It's the only continent where one country makes up more than 90% of the land area, hence the confusion.
