How can I get the words on pages that I visit to be bigger so I can read them? It not like that on all pages mainly the ones I visit for the first time an everytime thereafter....I cant even read them it is so small....

Yes, View / Text size on the IE menu. Some applications don't have this option and if it still isn't big enough goto Start Menu / All Programs / Accessories / Accessibility / Magnifier. This is a tool that helps magnify to various levels parts of the desktop based on cursor position.

Left click with you mouse and scroll the wheel to adjust the type size.

click on the "View" menu, then
Text Size;
change it to be big enough so you can read it

hold down the ctrl button, and use the scroll button on your mouse to adjust the size of the letters.

You could always use a magnifying screen cover. They have them for folks with poor vision.
