fill a spray bottle with water and add a sqirt of dish detergent . mist the plant. This is used on rose bushes to get rid of aphids and it works. I don't see the harm in trying it on your chrysanthemums.

Probably aphids. You will find large bottles of Murphy's Oil Soap (liquid) at your local 99cent store. Mix 1/2 cup to a gallon of water and spray your entire plant with the solution. Works great for all bugs and all plants and trees.

I have used sevin dust for years. Just a little sprinkle will get rid of almost any pest. Just make sure you wash your hands after using. It any gets on your clothing, remove it and put on something else. Sevin dust is poisonous obviously, but in small quantities, it does wonders for removing insects. It kills fleas, too. If the holes are under the petals, you may have a Caterpillar. Good wishes. I

Yes. Spray some diluted orange oil on the plants. It's very effective.

You can try spraying down your plant with soapy water. That should kill the insects. If that doesn't work and if you think its worth it, you can go to any pet store and ask for a few ladybugs. Just put them on the plant and they should eat the insects.
