I wanted to wait for some answers before i said my opinion, but from what I noticed she definently has a small but noticiable one, and I think it is hilarious.

Ann Coulter deserves to have a lisp. She spews out so much anger and hate to people she doesnt even know and has no way of judging them.
She is one of those ladies you just want to take home after a long night at the bar. Much like a "take one for the team."

She does have some kind of speech difficulty, but when she talks, she goes on and on forever,
without letting the other person get a word in edgewise. She can be very annoying and obnoxious. She seems to write a new book every month, so she must be a loner and not
be married- no one could listen to constant nagging like that!

Ann Coulter, in my opinion, has stuck her foot into it royally, so I would say, "Sure, she has a lisp."
The foot is getting in the way of clear speech.

I think she speaks well...if she has a lisp she covers it up real well...
...I like the lady, myself. She doesn't have to speak over a Dem to get her point across. I hate it when Dem's refuse to answer pointed questions and then try to outshout their opponent, by being rude.!!!
