I've gotten as far as to choose the name and password, then it tells me that my "browser isn't set to accept cookies". How do I set it so that I can accept cookies and set up the 2nd e-mail? Doesn't my browser have to accept cookies if I'm getting e-mails in the 1st place?

Two thing, one you can't use the same name . Become some new.Next From your browser click on tools,next click on Internet options, next go to middle section temp files click on setting and click on auto, low the amount space there is to save cookies on this should fix you problem.

if you are using the same information for every question then it wont let you unless you delete the first one because it is a case of Identity theft or something like that.

reduce security level. Then rearrange it to its place.
