Yeah-I think they are still set in what happened with slavery had hate-they refuse to accept that times have changed, and although some are racist-not all are-thus get get so sensitive and try to oppress any help coming from whites because they think they are up to know good-(some, notice, I said some).

Racism is alive and well everywhere...interesting, a few years back the Wall Street Journal did an in depth study and reported findings on racism around the world....they found the most racist country in the world was Japan...surprised the heck out of me!

Black, white or purple people can be racist in depends on the situation. Racism is about ignorantly generalizing. Don't generalize about racists or you're really no better. Take racism like you should take people, on a case-by-case basis.

I haven't made a study out of it, but in at least one case that is true.
I called a black woman a b****, and she threatened to have me raped and killed. She came back the next day, and when we left the house, she went to her trunk as if to get her gun. I believe she was relieved of her duties on the police force shortly after that.....
The details behind the story are that she was talking smack to my husband, so I came out and said "who do you think you're talking to, b****?" I didn't add any "colorful" words; that is a direct and full quote.
Although it is a long dead issue and will never be proven, I firmly believe that if I were not white, I wouldn't have garnered such a strong reaction.

People are people. Whatever you feel in your heart is probably what most other people feel in their hearts. If you honestly have no racist feelings about someone else, there's a good chance they have no racist feelings about you.
People say crazy things sometimes and they don't really mean it. All you can do is live your life and do the best you can.

You have racism in all cultures, all colours, all creeds and all societies. If we were all the same colour, we would find fault in red-haired people, bespectacled people, bald people, etc. It is human nature to mistrust people you do not know. Once you get to know someone, opinions change. However, some people are so entrenched in their views that no matter what, they will never change............... unfortunately............

I think that probably depends where you are. I grew up in an area where that was true, but I don’t know about other places.
