I held it in for 4 days and told him I knew and what I had found. Oh he also signed up for some private investigator. All he had to say is that he has not trusted me for some time now (I'M STUCK AT HOME SINCE 2001). He said that he had found some old checks that I had written to my mom and sister and he thought that I was giving them money to hold for me when I left. Checks were for payroll and to pay off a loan back in 2004. We are going to split. He says that he will never trust me and after all of this I cant trust him. We have to split house, business, two pending law suits. It's so sad to split everything up. He says all of these mean things and is questioning every penny spent by me, then he used me to get all the paper work together so he could leave me! Now he says that I am his souls mate and that he wants me to stay. What do I do firat to get out???

I would not trust him.

find one you like and trust and the best you can afford.

It sounds like he doesn't know if he's coming or going and you're cought in the middle. Sounds like a lot of stress and not enough trust between either of you, have you tried marriage counseling?
This could work if you wanted it to sounds like things just got rocky, if you stay'd it could be the best years of your life.
If you want to leave then you have options as well there's always the shelters and families houses you can go stay at till' you get on your feet but if you can try to work it out... He knows his mistakes and he is willing to try again. Why spit everything maybe you and he could sell and split everything anyway together just to be on the safe side so that there will be less court actions and costs just in case you two decide to split up later but I think I'd try to work it out don't give up so soon it was all proably just one big misunderstanding that got way out of hand! Do you still love him???? Then stay...

Well if you were involved in a sexual affair or he had reason to suspect you were he may have been just protecting himself. At this point it m,ay not matter as things may have gone too far. You will both take a financial hit as you probably know. Get an aggressive lawyer!

if you really want to leave then pack your stuff and go to a family members house untill you can get your wn place.
