cheap & easy..
just use Microsoft "Sound Recorder".. with any microphone.
(> Start > Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Sound Recorder )
saves your voice as .WAV file.
Then use any MP3 converter to convert into an .MP3 file.
iirc.. iTunes does this.. probably the latest Windows Media Player.. there's lots of shareware out there too.. CDex, etc.

Download Audacity from www.snapfiles.com. after d page loads, click freeware and audio editing software under multimedia. Download d program, install, record yur voice and save it on yur hard drive. If u exporting the file as a mp3, dey may ask u for a file called lame_enc.dll i think, free download on the net or do a search for it on yur comp. If the file is below 10MB, u can upload it on yahoo and mail it. Laterz!

certain, one after the different. discover out how the recipient connects to the internet regardless of the reality that. Broadband is high quality, yet in the experience that they are on dial-up, it really is impressive to envision with them first. It takes me 1/2 an hour to receive an mp3, and that i'd not favor *my* digital mail choked up like that!

You can set up a free account at http://odeo.com/help/faq - an online podcasting and audio community - and use its Audio Studio to make recordings and other audio projects. For instance, using Odeo, I allow visitors to my website to record voice messages for me here: http://odeo.com/sendmeamessage/QVF You could create a similar page and include a link in all of your emails to it. :)
Otherwise, you could download a popular audio recording program like http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ and use it. Then you'd take your newly created audio file and send it as an attachment to whomever you like.
Also, take a look at http://www.audblog.com/ especially the audio to email option. You get a free trial recording there but after that you would need to pay for their services.
And for a Wow! moment, take a look at the free http://skype.com/ program which allows you to call computer to computer for free anywhere in the world. It's incredible!
Good luck!
