NO.

Even for a grown up adult like you to buy alcohol and cigarette is not correct. How can you expect it to be right with 10 year old and how can you encourage it ? There is no obligation to do any wrong thing and you are right always when you do right thing

if he wants to drink let him buy it himself. who are you to put drugs, alcohol, or tobacco into the hands of a minor. the law is there to protect them. these are mind-altering and often life-altering chemical agents. the age limit is set to decrease the amount of damage as a result of abuse by irresponsible people. if a 10-year-old drinks a six pack on a hot day he is likely to suffer from dehydration and alcohol poisoning. try explaining that to his parents. try explaining that to the police. or better yet, to his younger siblings...
peace be with you. do the right thing.

Walk into a police station and let them know that... I think they'll feel obliged to arrest you, read you your rights, press charges, and lock you up...
The point is: Whether you're an adult or not, it's your responsibility to obey and uphold the law - regardless of your feelings or views - or suffer the consequences...

Sure it is !!!
I just hope you're in Texas where you'll be put in a tiny cell with a big ol' boy named Bubba when you get caught for contributing to the delinquency of a minor !!!
Guess what HE"LL feel obligated to do ??? LOL !!!!!

Lol!! Prepare to be roasted like a jerked chicken in Kingston.

It is rather ironic. European children think nothing of having beer and wine with their meals. I guess American children have different systems than these youngsters and we must protect them to the point of making the forbidden fruit look all the more tempting.

It depends on your perspective. Obviously you think it's okay to buy that stuff for the kids but it's illegal. Most people have common sense when it comes to things like this, but apparently you're not one of them.
