Do you have a passport from a country other than the United States? If it is a Jordanian passport, then you don't need a visa. Otherwise, you almost certainly will need a visa. You will also need a visa if you have a US passport.

If you do need a visa, take (or mail) your passport to the Jordanian Embassy in Washington and request a visa. It's probably a good idea to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope so that your passport is returned prompty. In some cases, the country you want to visit will require you to return to your home country to request the visa. That's a real bummer but it does happen.

Yes you probably do. Your green card has nothing to do with it.
