Do think his statement is out of line? He said that Puerto Ricans and Cubans are very high tempermental and Fiesty because they are mixed with black. Whether its true or not, do you think he's wrong for saying that?

Arnold is a bigoted wimp, and lousy politician. He wanted to be gov but wasted millions of our tax dollars having a special election to avoid making the decisions that he was elected to make. He's mostly about ego and little about real governance. He's also made too many other racial, homophobic, and chauvinistic remarks. Some may be funny from an actor, but are seriously wrong from a political leader.
