The song is Celito Lindo, and it is probably one of the best known, and best loved, of all the Mexican songs. Probably because even if you can't remember the verses, you can join in the 'ai, ai ai ai' chorus.

All of them do that, then the guy come on the loudspeaker speaking Spanish REALLY fast, and the music speeds up so fast that you lose the beat.
