My husband and I started trying to concive last month and now my period is late and I have taken PG tests but the positive line is faint. I just wanted to know how many of you if any this has happened to. I dont know if I am imagining things because I want this so bad or what. Thanks for your answers.

One try, one month, for each of my 2 kids. If you have a positive test, faint line or not, you are pregnant. The test detects a hormone that you only make if there is a baby. If you have a pos. test, then you have the hormone, which means you have a baby inside. Congratulations! Make you 8 week appt with the OB and start your prenatal vitamins.

My husband and I started trying the end of May. My last period was May 19th and I didn't get a positive until July 17. Went to the doctor and I was 6 1/2 weeks, so we conceived about June 16. So less than a month it took us. A positive is a positive. If you don't trust the test, go see your OB/GYN.

Even if the positive line is faint it is still considered a poistive if you read the box it will tell you that. Hope I helped. I am in the same boat as you but I have been trying for 3 months and nothing.

I did, two different times. (A daughter and a son!) If there is any color at all showing up in the "test" space on the test, then you are pregnant. The further you get in your pregnancy, the darker the line because the HCG hormone that it is testing for is more concentrated. Congratulations, you are most likely pregnant!

I got pregnant on our first try.
You should take another test, but I'd say that a faint line is a really good sign. My friend had a very faint line on her pregnancy test, and she was indeed pregnant!

THe line on my pregnancy test had me needing glasses..IF it's even a bit faint...wait a few days..and take it again...other than that..I think that you are!! Congrats!!!

I got pregnant the first time I had sex with this man. It really is true what they told us in high school. What is so amazing is I used the rhythm method for years and never got pregnant.

I honestly think that you're pregnant, but you should schedule an OBGyn appointment to make sure. Congratulations!
