If you are so into him that you cant focus on other things, then I'd say you arent ready for marriage. Can you imagine how your life will be when you are married? You have to do other things and so does he, your gonna end up so possessive that your relationship may fail.

Did she break off the engagement?
If so, you need to get out of the house and go partying to meet and enjoy new people who are nice to you. You can even go to church, there are wonderful support groups there.
If you are still engaged, for you to stop thinking about her, try to spend as much time that is pleasable to the both of you and when you are apart you will be satisfied in knowing that you are always gonna be there for each other. Peace.

It is normal to think about him or her a lot but you need to keep the rest of your life in balance. Concentrate on your work or studies when necessary and have fun with him or her as much as you can.
