Hello I am from HP. This is what your problem is. your ip address is blocked. If you use DriveScrubber® 2 it will be unblocked. I know this problem because i have been through it myself and this website solved it.

YOu must run all the scans on it. But before you can do that you must run DriveScrubber2. After you have run it you must restart your pc. After it loads up then you may run all the scans.
