Once again DUMB@$$ as long as the job requierments met or exceeded it realy dosen't who you work for or with because you only have to pretend you give a $hit what they think, say,or untill you get off work.

I have worked with both and I can tell you unequivocally working with a pleasant person makes for a better work situation. To put a different spin on it; Would you rather be married to someone who is hardworking but sometimes abusive??? I think anyone would prefer the former than the latter.

I want to work for someone I can trust, that treat's me and others with respect, and that listens to my concerns and ideas. I'm not looking for a friend. In the past, I have gotten along very well with people that fit those ideals, dispite whether or not they agree with me on things.
On the flip side, I hate working for jerks. I have a defiant streak in me that gets going when these jerks jump on my case before they have the facts, or when they don't even try to understand the situation. My productivity shuts down. I get angry and my morale plummets.
All things considered, I'd rather work for someone easy to get along with. I have been inspired to work harder for them and they have been more likely to take the time to listen to me and teach me more.

I would rather work with some one who I can get along with and does a average job. Working with a.s.s. could enterfere with your work by being uptight with that person

I want to work with or for someone who is a nice person, and does a good job. I work for an *** right now, and let me tell you it's not worth it. I'd rather work for anice person any day.

Why do people only consider what type of people they want to work FOR.....why not take the bull by the horns and work for yourself? Create your own future, build your own dream, stop being a victim of circumstances and start realizing you have choices in your life.
