Considering that my neighboor's cousin's mom's step-dad's neighbor is a midget and he died in an elevator, my conclusion is that he must have smelled something that no one else did cuz they are still alive!

it does depend
if you happen to pass gas while standing in front of the miget i would assume that it would be a bit stronger of a smell to him/her than it would be to you or others in the elevator...
other than that, i am not sure
