It doesn't matter, the only issues that have been brought up are health care for the poor and health care for the elderly. Though the Democrats killed the bill that would have lowered the cost of health care for everyone.

Any bill would desire to be made public allowing electorate 7-days to study the contents and requiring each and each Senator and Congressman to examine it. this would get rid of the kick backs whilst congressmen and Senator linked their beef, earmarks, and riders in basic terms for his or her sure vote.
