im asuming you are using windows xp for this.
Go to the computer u have the prneter instaled on and click on start, Printers and faxs. Select the printer u want to share and right click. Select the sharing option. U will now have a screen where you should select the share as option then give the printer a memerobal name.

Next go to the other computers and go to the printers screen the same way as before. Once there double click on add a new printer and follow the steps to add a network printer. Use the search option to find the computer the printer is on and then select it. Job done.

Hope this helps

Depends on your OS. Assuming some form of windows,
Set up your network. .
On the computer connected to the printer, Enable file & print sharing.
Right click the printer you want to share, choose sharing.
Select "Share this printer".
On the other computers, add new printer,
choose network printer.
Follow the instructions.

Or, invest in a small print server, and connect it to a spare port on your router, then share your printer to the network from there

That way, you don't have to have the one computer running all the time, just to make printer available.

Note, though, that not all "all-in-one" machines will have their full functionality when networked. They usually still print, but scanning may not be available.

I reckon you've tried this and it does'nt work, the instructions on acouple of the entries here are correct, however, you need to check your firewall settings if you use anything other than windows own firewall. If you use say Norton or similar it will block the traffic for the printer and not allow you to print. Its a B!^"C of a problem to figure.
