The Ark of the Covenant, which is described in the Hebrew Bible as a sacred container wherein rested the stone tablets containing the Ten Commandments and was built at the command of God in accordance to Moses's prophetic vision at Mount Sinai, and the Spear of Destiny (also known as the Holy Lance, Holy Spear, Lance of Longinus, or Spear of Longinus), which is the spear that is reported in the Gospel of John (19:31-37) as having pierced the side of Jesus during his crucifixion, really did exist, though their whereabouts are now unknown. I don't know if they have special powers but if one believes and if because of that belief, one experiences healing (both physical & spiritual) and develops understanding, acceptance, and a keen sense of being and make him strive to do good, then, they're really special.
As for the holy hand grenade of Antioch, it's just a fiction. It's actually a fictional weapon from the comedy film Monty Python and the Holy Grail. It bears a striking resemblance to the Sovereign's Orb of the United Kingdom, and seems to draw some inspiration from Holy Spear of Antioch.

There was an ark, and a spear. Whether they have magical or spiritual powers is largely a matter of faith and belief. But, if belief and prayer are forms of energy, then maybe the combined beliefs and prayers of milliions of people would have some effect.
The holy hand grenade does exist, in at least three forms. But because its followers are smaller in number, it has less spiritual power (energy) because less energy was put towards it.

The Ark is locked away in a big warehouse somewhere and the Spear is in the possesion of the BPRD, but the Grenade is still used in battles today, mostly by worms

The Ark is lost. It may be in a church in Ethiopia, but even if it is, the locals aren't showing it to anyone.
The Spear of Destiny, which probably isn't the spear of Longinus, is on display in the Imperial Treasury in Vienna.
No, there is no Holy Handgrenade.

Ark of covenant existed yes as it is written in the Holy Bible, and is believed by Christians, Jews, and Arabs.
The others have never existed.

The spear exists, the Vatican has it. As far as powers, only in rumor. Hitler was supposed to have it and it did not do him any good.
The ark has not been found.

the french have the ark! the spear was chucked and the hand grenade was detinated at the entrance to the cave of carl banner, they used it to kill a rabbit with fangs!

Yes. I bought the grenade last year, and did lobbeth it over the fence of my annoying neighbour, who had a terrible rabbit.
