The Mets can rip the Red Sox apart. As for the Mets losing, since the Mets are so far ahead of everyone else, they do not have to play as hard. They will have the best record in the NL and so there is no reason for them to go so hard. The other teams have a reason to beat up on the Mets; they want to make the playoffs.

I am a die hard Philly fan, but I have to give credit where credit is due. By far the Mets have built the best team in the Majors this year. The only problem they may have is in that their starting pitchers have been injured and may not make it back for the playoffs at 100%.
