No, they showed the girl he was in love with when he was younger ...
Smithers is Gay though and completely in love with Mr. Burns. They also made reference to Lennie and Carl being Gay.

I'm not so sure about Mr. Burns' sexuality, but I know Mr. Smithers is as gay as the day is long.
Remember Mr. Burns did have a girlfriend in that one episode? She was a lot younger than him and she ended up going back to her old boyfriend, Snake.
