I need your help. I am doing a paper for a non-profit organization and my chosen country is India. I just wanted to know what all countries are allies of India and when did they become so.
I am doing my research all over, I am just unable to get a concise answer. All help is appreciated... :)

I know the country Niger is one. I am not sure of the others
