Most likely the option is blocked by a group poilcy set for the domain. You'll have to ask your network administrator.

This can be done easily.

1. Put the image you want on a server.
2. Ftp to your server from your computer.
3. Save the file as the same name that the school's computer has on their pc.
4. ftp the same image file name back to the school's pc.
5. It should work, but keep in mind that it will always be there. if you do it to the server then it would go to every machine after imaging.

you can try this, no promises though
log off
log in as admin
if your log on screen has icons you click and then enter a password hit ctrl-alt-del then you should be able to enter a user name and password
user name- administrator
password- (leave blank)
under password there should be a another section called log on to if not click options
make sure that says (this computer)
hit enter
if you can get in like that you can make any changes you want
if you dont get in try a few different things for the password
like administrator, password, admin, the name of your school
hopefully it will work with no password though
good luck
