I hope it is a family name. My first reaction is to not like it too much, but it took me a while to like my own name, so I'm picky about names.

Where do they come up with these crazy names?? Hurricanes shouldnt need a name. ernesta sounds like and old mexican womans name. i don't personally like it

I like it. Since it is the female derivative of Ernesto, or Ernest, then why not, especially if your husband or father has that name. Cool.
