Since you specify pounds sterling, I assume you want UK rates. Those should be available in the financial section of the London Times. In the US, these rates can vary hourly. For a current quote contact your equivalent of a salvage yard (junk yard). If you are interested in large scale speculation on these commodities, check with your commodities broker.
