Iraq has nothing to with 9/11 the Iraq war was a political move. We will never be able to link Iraq with Bin Ladin. C.I.A. said a few days ago "We never said Saddam hand any link with Bin Ladin.

Which war in Iraq? The current one, or the first gulf war?

Or are you asking if there was a link to Iraq from 9/11 that justifies the current war, which started several years after 9/11?

There probably is a link from the first gulf war (ousting saddam from Kuwait) to 9/11 - it was the stationing of US troops in Saudi Arabia that apparently really annoyed Bin Laden more then anything up till that point. He had apparently offered to drive Hussein out of Kuwait himself, but the Kuwaitis declined. IF they'd given him the first shot, things might be a lot better now.
