how do I unstick my computer? It sticks on a sound and it's like chinese torture.?

I have cleaned, defragmented, removed programs. I have DSL and it's still slow as molasses. HELP!!!!!!

What does that have to do with chinese? Anyway, clean up the registry files, they are the MAIN resason slowing down your computer.

Mine is doing the same thing I think we should switch to cable.
