A colonic is a procedure that is done to remove waste build-up/feces from the colon. Basically, a tube is inserted into the anus and pressured water is pumped in to flush out your colon.
This has become a popular procedure in Hollywood, and it is apparently catching on with people everywhere.

it is a cleansing of the bowels ,ppl do it often not me though,you insert a hose and turn the water on and it cleans you out doll
