I am wanting some new guitar pickups (Ibanez RG350DX). My influences are Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, George Lynch.... Guitar Gods basically, and I've been looking at DiMarzio Evolution pickups, Duncan Screamin' Demons, and some EMG's. Just wondering what other Instrumental guitarists out there recommend.

Evo's are a good choice. I PAF Pro's in my Ibanez I like them alot, I have an RT650 that I looking to put new p/u's in and I am leaning towards Evo's or if I decide to make it a stricly "blues" guitar then Duncan Phat cats (P-90 soapbar). See if you can go to a guitar shop and check them out - because everyones ears have different tastes. I wasn't crazy about the SD demon, I like the sd '59 or JB. Nice decision to have to make

You should go to a shop / store and try some different stuff out, they want to make the sale so they'll give ya all the time you need.
