I am a nice, friendly person about 99% of the time, but then I can mean, nasty person if I want to be.

A little of both I find really most people are ,if you are nice all the time I think it would be boring. Plus if you are not kind to me why should I always show you kindness. I find some people just like to be nasty or mean because they don't know any other way.
