The vast majority of Americans are well aware of this. However United Statesians by in large believe the official propaganda and don't know enough history to realize that ALL of Israel is in Palestinian land.

That is what Palestinians are doing, they are still waging the war against Israel, they have never surrendered their rights to what is theirs. Israel never 'won' that war, it is still being fought, both in the minds of all Palestinians and all over Palestine.
