I have an anniversary coming up soon, and would like to write a poem for my partner. To make it extra special i want to write it on paper with a photo of the two of us in the backgrond (lightly like a watermark). Would anyone know of professional place where I could get such a service?

Here is an easy way to do it without photoshop. Get a rubber stamp of your subject, then use light vegetable oil (canola oil works the best) as the ink to stamp it on.

I do not know of any one offering this service and I think watermarks are put onto paper in the pressing stage of paper manufacture.
You could try to put the photo onto a page in word then look under format then picture where you have the option of turning the photo into a watermark.
Must be worth a try

What a lovely idea. You can do this in word. Scan the photo into your computer or if you don't have a scanner, get someone else to do it and put it on a disc for you. Then in word, you click on Insert, then Watermark, then select where the picture is saved and it will be inserted as a watermark. It can be resized to suit what you want and then you type the poem over it. No need to pay money for someone to do this for you. If you're stuck, email me, I'll do it for you, for free.

Photo Shop will let you watermark the paper when you print the photo.

Take the picture and put in on your computor. Then send it to were you can edit it. then increse the size to what you want. After you do that lighten the photo to wear you want it Then type over it and print it out.

open the pic in photoshop..and create a type layer, type your message and align it where you want it..once you have it in the right place decrease the opacity of the layer.. you can also play with the blending..
