Being able to work in my undies. No need to dress up. You can stay comfortable all day and still be productive.

I can pick up my children when they need to come from school because they got ill.(Just like I did today for my 1st grader.)If I was elsewhere,I'd have to leave him at the nurse's office all day.

I set my own schedule
I don't have to put makeup on
I can stay in my jammies as long as I want.
I can take a break as often as I want.
I don't have to put up with any sh*t, from anyone other than my family
etc...........
