i have my question as;how to react if some oneu have helped in d past suddenly ignores you?

Well that probably means that they are no longer interested in you and that they don't have the decency to tell you face to face. Its basically the chicken way out. People need to learn sometimes the truth might hurt someone but its better to know the truth in then end than to make assumptions.

I ignore them and get on with my life without them.

all u can do is just go on with your life. and just know that you don't have to deal with their fakeness or the bs anymore.
