well on my zx6 (stunt bike) i hit rev limit at 118 on my R6 (track bike) there is no spedo but track times and speed came in at 171 on the straight in the Poconos on my R1 (pretty street bike) the top speed is 181 but with just a few small mods you can peg the 212 speedo did that at a open track day so there were no official times that is with the bottles open in 5 and 6 gear

NO, a stock hayabusa will not hit 200mph, only196 on the 2000 models. every year thereafter is 186.
Figure in a 10-15% error on your speedo over 100mph. i.e. if your speedo says 150, your only doing between 130 and 135

The speedo on my old Honda 750 read 115. I was too sceered to go any faster. I once flirted with the 80 mph mark on my Harley (I can't afford to get points on my license).

I've gotten up to 140mph on my R6..I know that's not as fast as some speeds listed, but DAMN, I thought the wind was going to snatch me off of my bike.

145 mph on GSXR600, and is more than enough, and just a few seconds. Normally I like to ride 80 to 100 mph.

I once went 17500 miles per hr. in the Space Shuttle, but on the ground, not that fast.

60 mph, but it was downhill. I didn't even have to pedal. Oops, not what you meant. 140 mph Kawi Ninja ZX-7 (passenger) and 110 mph Buell X1 (rider).

indicated 170mph on a Honda Blackbird, on a private road of course, lots of throttle left to use, but bottle went completely.

107 on my sporty. but I dont ride a bike for speed. 107 was fast enough!
