You are more than likely not dying. The drinking isn't helping your immune system though. You should try to eat better and take better care of yourself, go see a dr. of go to a family medical center or something. Once you see an improvement in yourself, start trying to exercise a little bit. Exercise works better than medication for people who are depressed. Find a friend to talk to, or a pastor

When I was 21 I had the same symptoms as you. I found out years later that I had been struggling with depression and anxiety my whole life and as a maladaptive coping skill I tried to drink my problems away. Consequently, I was suffering from alcohol withdrawal on an almost regular basis -- thus the headaches and stomach aches, mentrual cramp type feelings at all the wrong times, worse periods and more depression and more anxiety -- making me more lonely, driving me to drink more. It was a vicious circle.
I had a breakdown before I was able to turn around and change my life and it is still a daily struggle to motivate myself into positive action for myself.
Eat healthy, stop drinking, stay social with an upbeat, kind group of people, or individual.
Look in the mirror and tell yourself you are a 'shining, sparkling spirit' at least once a day.
Seek professional help so you can talk to someone about your feelings and work out why you are feeling and acting this way. But if the therapist/dr. is wrong for you LEAVE, don't hang out with a bad therapist it will do more harm than good.
There is more than enough love to go around on this planet. You have to love yourself and the rest will work itself out.
Check out Yogic sites on the net like 'artofbeing.com'
Don't buy into any group (i.e. religion) wholesale, read about bettering yourself and pick and choose what is right for you.
You will get over this, there is plenty of life left ahead of you and it is all worth living.

no, human body is frail but not so easy to die.
1) Stop drinking - you know it is hurting you.
2) Eat healthy food -atleast one cup of yoghurt for the next couple of months as natural cleaning of your intestines. I guarantee you will feel better within a week.
3) Exercise - just brisk walking for 30 minutes per day will make you feel much better.
4) Get a hair cut - enjoy spa at home if you can soak in warm water- Buy some new clothes and meet some friends.
5) Start writing a couple of pages a day. Start your autobiography, my first memories are of the time when I was ....
6) Meditate - just sit relaxed and think of yourself as a very small fly moving up into your nose and out of it while you listen to your breath. The idea is to relax the brain without going to sleep.
7) Take up some hobby, painting, music (just beating the bottom the bucket is ok, drawing, paper airplanes, cutting fashion quips from old magazines. Don't think of it as a waste of time but think of it as a way to relax your body and mind where as you involve it in an activity which requires less effort than your actual work or socializing etc.,
Most important of all, remember, you can do what you like but you have to face the consequences.
Better do what you want, So first write down what you want and then ... well Believe me you can really do what you want. It is just that what are you prepared to do ...

Have you ever heard of a doctor? Maybe a little less bottle and more positive thinking would help! The seasons are changing...that gets people. Did something so bad happen to you recently that you feel like you are dying? Go to a support group...tonite!!!!! I've a cold too, and my back hurts...I moved a cord of wood yesterday>take some vitamins and go outside. Look up at the sky and take some deep positives breaths in and then exhale the yucky junky crap out! It works! If ya let it! Yeah...why did you post it in the history section...are you someone from our past that's come back to kick some butt!

We are all dying every single day.
Sounds like you have depression and possibly alcoholism? You may want to get some help. Wanting to always sleep is from Depression. The Alcoholism could also be making you depressed so you should try to stop the drinking first and see how you feel.
Seek professional help.

I think that the reason you are tired and the constant back and hip pains could be contributed to you drinking. Remember that alcohol is a depressant so it will effect your drive. I would consult your doctor and try to cut down your alcohol intake

Your depressed. Depression is not only a mental condition, it can also affect your body in several ways. Go to a doctor and ask for depression medication, i assure you that you will feel much better if you do. I know cause I had the physical effects of depression and i got medication and that went away. And stop drinking.

I doubt that you're dying. Depression can and does cause all sorts of physical symptoms, though. Alcohol is a central nervous depressant, and is adding to your depression. You really need to make an appointment to see a therapist and maybe get some medication. I hope this helps.

Please go to a doctor. You will need to stop drinking. The drinking isn't helping your depression.
The Dr. will know what tests to give you based on your symptoms.
Once he/she knows what's wrong the treatments will follow and you will probably feel better.
Get the help you need right away!

Everyone else has done a good job answering your question, at least with the information you have provided.
But why did you post this in the history section?
