Spotty and Superted are cool and for the same reason I love my favourite family [The Smpsons] cause they're all just nice and lovable. I'm 37 but I still like nice folks.

How about:
Bugs Bunny - smart, sarcastic, a total ballbreaker
Marvin the Martian - just amusing
Mr. Peabody - smart, sarcastic
Johnny Quest and Hadji - they had some cool adventures

Peter Griffin- because everything that comes out of his mouth is hilarious!

Peter (after Lois tells him he's childish): "If I'm a child that means you're a pedophile, and I'll be damned if I'm going stand here and take this from a pervert."

I'm on the wavelength with Feudalserfer but think that Maggie is the best on that cartoon.

She's very introspective.

But my other favorites are Jean-Claude and Pierre from Veggie Tales. They get me to laughing every time I see them.

Poor old Wylie Coyote and Road Runner. It can't be easy to put so much personality into cartoon characters that don't even speak. Unless you count "MEEP MEEP"

The greatest cartoon character is Snoopy because he is Joe Cool.

The roadrunner and the coyote!

They have to go together. I have seen these for dozens of years, since I was little, and even now, they get me to belly laugh every time; it's amazing. Nothing else does.

BUGS BUNNY, hands down. while i LOVE the simpsons and futurama (BENDER is my current favorite), Bugs is the original and ultimate trouble maker. his antics paved the way for all forms of cartoon violence and the humor within. plus, he's smart. and though he can be a trouble maker, he usually does what he has to to protect himself... thus his famous line: "Of course you realize this means war!" and "Ain't I a stinker?"

the BEST!
